There's a button while creating/editing your post called Link, and you just highlight the text that you want the link to be on, and then click on the Link button, and follow whatever it says there.
lol Unless you want to use html code, you can just go into the html editor and type Name of link

lol html codes works in comments it seems. hmm What I typed was:
